About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist to support our Customer Success team in onboarding new clients. You’ll assist with importing customer data (primarily spreadsheets), configuring accounts, and delivering light training to ensure our platform's smooth and successful rollout.
This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone in their career who enjoys helping people and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Import and validate customer data (typically from Excel/CSV files) into client accounts
- Follow standardized procedures for account setup and implementation
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions (via Zoom) to help customers get started
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to monitor onboarding progress
- Troubleshoot and escalate any data or platform issues as needed
- Create and update documentation or guides for everyday onboarding tasks
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Basic technical aptitude—able to learn software tools quickly
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational skills; able to manage multiple onboarding projects
- Customer-friendly mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS platforms
- Previous customer support or training experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems or help desk tools
Location
- Remote.
- Occasional face to face meetings.
